Weddings catered at any Ottawa-region venue
Wedding catering accounts for a significant portion of our work, and we have learned that no two ceremonies are alike. We have served sit-down dinners in the National Arts Centre, cocktail receptions in farm barns two hours outside the city, and outdoor garden parties where the “kitchen” was a tent and a generator. Venue flexibility is not a compromise for us — it is the core competency we have built over seven years of Ottawa events. We attend a site visit for every wedding, identify logistical constraints early, and design the service model around what the space actually allows.

Annual general meetings, investor dinners, team retreats, product launches, and holiday parties. We adapt to boardroom-style service or cocktail-style mingling depending on your program, and we keep service discreet during presentations.
Private celebrations
Birthdays, anniversaries, graduation parties, and retirement dinners at your home, a rented hall, or an outdoor space. We manage staffing, rentals, and cleanup so you can be a guest at your own party.
Venue-less and pop-up events
No venue secured yet? We work with partners across Ottawa and the Outaouais region to recommend spaces that suit your guest count and aesthetic — from rustic timber lodges to contemporary art galleries.
Common questions about our event catering
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and large corporate galas (100+ guests), we recommend reaching out at least four to six months ahead, particularly for dates between May and October. Smaller private events (under 50 guests) can often be arranged with six to eight weeks' notice, depending on our calendar.
Do you travel outside Ottawa for events?
Yes. We regularly cater events in Gatineau, Smiths Falls, Almonte, Kingston, and other communities within a two-hour radius of Ottawa. A travel fee applies for events more than 60 km from our Ottawa base, and this is stated clearly in your proposal.
What is included in your staffing?
All event packages include a dedicated event coordinator, trained servers (ratio varies by service style), a senior kitchen lead, and a cleanup crew. You will meet your coordinator at the site visit and they will be your single point of contact on the day.
Can you work with our venue's existing catering restrictions?
Most venues have preferred supplier lists or specific kitchen-use rules. We have existing relationships with many Ottawa-area venues and are accustomed to working within their requirements. If your venue is new to us, we request a copy of their catering policy during the planning stage.
What happens if guest numbers change after we have signed?
We accommodate changes to guest counts up to 14 days before the event date. Final numbers are confirmed at that point for staffing and food-order purposes. Increases beyond 10% of the original count after the 14-day window may incur an adjustment fee, which is set out in your contract.
