What happens after you contact us
Once we receive your enquiry, a member of our planning team reviews the details and responds by email within two business days — sometimes sooner. If your date and event type fall within our capacity, we will arrange a 30-minute call to discuss the event in more detail. Following that conversation, we produce a written proposal covering menu options, staffing, logistics, and per-head pricing. There is no obligation at that stage. You are welcome to take the proposal away, compare it with other caterers, and come back to us when you are ready. We do not use pressure tactics or time-limited pricing to rush a decision.

Prefer to reach us directly? Our Ottawa office is open weekdays 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm.
